No. Trustees is deliberately complementary. Your managing agent keeps the levies, accounting, banking and CSOS-prescribed administration. Trustees handles the operational, trustee-facing work - maintenance jobs, suppliers, quotes and records - that agent platforms were never built for.

Never. Suppliers get a tokenised WhatsApp link, open a single page, fill in three fields (amount, scope, timeline) and submit. No account, no app, no password - ever. It is the lowest-friction way to collect quotes.

Yes. Trustees is CSOS- and STSMA-aware by design: supplier vetting, document retention and audit trails map to the requirements CSOS asks for. Pricing is in Rands, published openly, and the workflows match how SA sectional-title schemes actually run.

Your scheme owns its data. We handle personal information with POPIA in mind, capture explicit consent, and on cancellation you can export everything. We do not sell or share your data.
